Vodafone has joined hands with Amritsar based mobile data service provider Kochar. Kochar will offer BPO and Value added services to the telecom operator.
Vodafone is the world's leading mobile telecommunications company, with approximately 347 million customers. Vodafone has significant presence in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the United States through the Company's subsidiary undertakings, joint ventures, associated undertakings and investments.
Vodafone has outsourced its GPRS and 3G Technical Support to Kochar.
Kochar is India’s Largest Mobile data services support company which is already serving most of the Telecom giants in India. Kochar, other than offering BPO services to Telcos, also offers its services to VAS vendors, Handset Manufacturers, Mobile Application providers and Retailers. A team of 4500 plus employees is currently serving its clients from its centers in Bangalore, Kolkata, Vadodara and Amritsar and is expected to do the same for its new client. |
