- Ensure Customer/client satisfaction and to enable retention and growth of the account.
- Identify the process/activity areas critical to client to add value to their process
- Maintain profitability from client and effectively manage budgets.
- Participate in new business opportunities.
- Devising innovative ways for optimizing performance areas
- People development processes to be developed and deployed for cadre building.
