Candidate profile: |
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a telecom process.
- Managing & developing quality & training modules for the entire process.
- Ensuring the proper quality through regular evaluations. preparing & conducting quality & training prgrammmes.
- Green Belt / COPC certified. Should have worked on both Process excellence & Transactional Quality.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Strong understanding of the six sigma tools.

- Working closely with Operations & Training
- Conduct regular calibrations
- Recommending, implementing and measuring process improvement methods
- Preparing & Maintaining a periodic analysis of SLAs.Managing & developing quality & training modules for the entire process.Ensuring the proper quality through regular evaluations. preparing & conducting quality & training prgrammmes. Process Improvement. Quality compliance. Driving the six sigma culture
