Candidate profile: |
- Should be ITIL Certified and a MCSE/CCNA proffesional.
- Proficient in the design, installation and maintenance of telecommunication systems, Nortel Business Communications Manager (VOIP) Telephony platforms, desktop messaging, call accounting and IVR systems and software.
- Possess the ability to adapt to new systems and technology quickly.
- Knowledge of ACD and Call center applications.
- Proficient in the use of TCP/IP network access medium used in today's High volume network infrastructure.
- Proficient in the design, installation and maintenance of LAN.
- High proficiency in handling Cisco Products and operating systems, TCP/ IP architecture and SNMP addressing,
- Proficient in telecom voice recording equipment with desk top integration software and the use of wireless WAN communications
- Fast Learner and keen to learn new technologies

Job Description: |
- This position is responsible for managing all organization technologies and providing technology support and training. Primary duties include: analyzing systems and processes; maintaining seamless operations and designing, developing and maintaining Web-based applications.
- Manages the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization’s local area network, Wide Area Network and DHCP, DNS, routing etc for both hardware/software.
- Must be well verse with Cisco Firewall/VPN administration
- Manages and help team in maintain routine network operations Implements, administrates and maintains databases.
