Job Description: |
- Manage Team of desktop and network engineers covering 24/7 shifts.
- Would be required to develop severity levels and tats for the issues
- Manage operations as per SLA.
- Would be interacting with Clients for network setup and escalation handling.
- Manage ISP related Issues and wan
