Job Description: |
- Maintaining and managing client expectations and resolve their concerns / issues in agreed timeframe.
- Foster established relations with clients by sending them greetings, news and company updates
- Working with existing clients and secure their on-going commitment to work in partnership.
- Should be revenue centric; should be able to generate new business with the existing client
- Assess the quality of services delivered
- Increase the market share as well as wallet share of our product offerings.
- Would be required to conduct trend analysis on regular basis
