Candidate profile: |
- The candidate will be required to have working knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and theories. Extensive experience with story boarding for various types of courses.
- From a Technical Background
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Science
- Familiarity with eLearning industry standards, eLearning course development process.
- Possess solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred skills - Adobe Captivate
- Basic knowledge in MSOffice / Web researching (Search Engine) skills.

Job Description: |
- Have good knowledge of Instructional Design and Storyboarding. This includes ability to
- Research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBT, CBT and ILT
- Work with different types of input material to create instructional content
- Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content
- Use templates in developing instructional materials.
- Visualize
- Have knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503.
- Have at least 1year of experience in a similar role
- Be proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate effective English speaking, writing and presentation skills
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
