Job Description: |
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the activities on the floor.
- To motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment.
- Monitor transactions & calls and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members.
- Timely receipt and action on customer feedback.
- Ensures team performance as per agreed standards (TAT).
- Answer operations related queries from the client.
- Keeps a check on the attendance of the team. Approves team leave requests.
- Responsible for Production Management, Crisis Management and Time management for the teams.
- Identifies development needs and help put together individual development plan.
