- Analysis and resolve connectivity/network related issue
- Managing the entire L2- L3 switches on a daily basis
- Ensure Network backup and restoration
- Change control and network change implementation
- 24/7 operation support
- Interaction with Clients

Job Description: |
-
Mapping business requirements and providing them best IT solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalisation of project requirements.
-
Supporting implementation of process improvements by automation or technology enhancements.

Acting as a single point of contact for all end users’ support needs, follow-up for most of the on-going activities and ensure quality job.

Managing and leading teams; allocating resources among team members and guiding team members during the project, till final delivery, ensuring compliance with SLA.

Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of the project.

Analysing business needs and spearheading initiatives regarding establishment of IT infrastructure including procurement of hardware and software.
-
Maintaining updated documentation for current hardware and software configurations, and also for proposed future installations & modifications to the current environment.
