Graduate with preferably with degree in management
Age between 35-45 years
Minimum 8 years experience in handling Operations/SD and at least 5+ years in work force management.
Experience in handling WFM in large Domestic Telecom call center with 3000+ Agents strength Strong and pleasant personality
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to plan manpower considering various factors affecting manpower planning such as planned/unplanned shrinkage, forecasted volumes, call patterns, shift timings etc, Interacting with Client on a regular basis & support Client reviews.
